DEPOSITS

All services require a non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit upon booking that is applied to the service. The remaining balance is due the day of service and can be paid with any of the following methods:

Cash

Credit/Debit

Zelle (209-670-9721)

Vagaro Pay Later

REQUIRED DEPOSITS

LASH EXTENSIONS:$25

PERMANENT MAKEUP:$50

 

CANCELATIONS

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Rescheduling/Canceling an appointment will require a new deposit. (If given notice 48 hours prior, and the appointment slot is able to be filled, the deposit may be applied to a new appointment upon the service providers discretion. 

LATE

Please be sure to arrive to your appointment on time. Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. In order to schedule another appointment, a new deposit will be required. Please be sure to use the restroom prior to the start of your service as doing so during the service cuts into your allotted appointment time.

 

AFTER-HOUR APPOINTMENTS

Appointments beginning at 5pm or later or on Saturdays are considered "after hours" and are available for a $25 fee, depending on availability.These appointments do not show on the booking schedule, feel free to message me directly at 209-670-9721 for availability or use the booking link to add yourself to the waitlist with your preferred day and time. After hour appointments are not guaranteed and are on a first come, first serve basis.

EMAIL/TEXT

It is the clients responsibility to check their email for confirmation once the appointment is scheduled. A confirmation email and text is automatically sent when scheduling through the system and includes your appointment details for reference. T

Any questions regarding your appointment details should be texted to 209-670-9721 for a timely response as social media platforms are not checked as frequently.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

NO CALL/NO SHOWS forfeit their deposit and will not be able to schedule in the future. ​In order to book again, you will need to pay the total balance of the previous missed service as well as the total amount for the new appointment.

EXTRA GUESTS/CHILDREN

Due to the limited space and nature of services being provided, no extra guests/children are permitted. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are not offered. However, if you are experiencing excessive fallout beyond your natural lash cycle shedding, please notify me within 48 hours of your original appointment to receive a touch-up at no extra charge. Anything over the 48 hours will be subject to a touch-up fee. If required due to an allergic reaction, a complimentary lash removal can be provided. 

PHOTO/VIDEO: Photos/Videos are required for insurance purposes and may be posted on social media platforms for marketing purposes. 

CONSENT

All services require a consent/medical history form to be filled out prior to any service being performed.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Lash Extensions: Must be 16 or older. Under age 18 must have a guardian at their first appointment to sign a consent form.

Ombre Powder Brows: Must be 18 or older and be sure to look over Eligibility/Contraindications.
